One roommate (me) is moving back to Boston and needs someone to take her spot. Apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and a living room. Its got big bedrooms and hardwood floors. Bed room has 3 huge windows as well. If the future occupant would like to purchase the very comfy and relatively unused bed and antique dresser, that is an option as well! I also have a brand new plasma HD 42" TV i need to sell, so that is an option too if no one grabs it first! There are probably a few other things I could leave behind for the next person to have. Ideally, we would like to find a female of comparable age, whos laid back and likes to have a good time. I would like to have the person move in on October 1st. Rent is 1075 a month per person, and an initial deposit of 2150 will also have to be made. In addition, the person who takes my spot has to have their credit approved by the real estate company that manages the building. No pets are allowed by the building either(sorry!) It will likely cost between $800 and $850 although the final rate as yet to be determined. It is available AUGUST 1st. We are open to having the third person be either a guy or girl with a slidge edge towards a guy although we'll gladly take a drama-free girl too! Utilities average out to be about $80/month (that includes cable and Internet). The apartment is located in a beautiful apartment complex, the Madison Belmont, in Belmont. For those of you from other parts of the Bay Area or coming out of state, it is a small town about 25 miles south of San Francisco, just south of San Mateo. It is situated perfectly, being a two minute drive from 101 and about 5 minutes from Route 92. There are many shops within walking distance including Safeway, Starbucks, Blockbuster, Walgreens, Peetes Coffee, Subway, and Supercuts. We are both animal lovers and one of us pay $25/month extra to have my cat, Hoki. Another animal is permissible and we love cats and dogs so if you have an animal and are looking for a place where they allow pets look no further! In fact, you get bonus points if you have a cat or dog to add to the household. In all other ways, I am a model roommate who is quiet, loves to socialize appropriately, and is financially stable.
