The dates we are traveling are actually Dec. 28th-April 26th, but we can be flexible with the dates of subletting. It is a quiet apartment back from the street, in a safe neighborhood. Everything is within a very short walking distance including: BART, Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, coffee shops, ace hardware, pacific east mall, Speakeasy movie theatre, and lots of good food.
