Nestled between tall pine trees and large granite boulders, our 4 bedroom townhome in Lake Village (Zephyr Cove, Nevada) has recently remodeled bathrooms, dual-pane windows, and decorator touches.  The location is peaceful and woodsy.  The master bathroom features the two-person whirlpool tub and the downstairs bath has dual shower heads for luxurious (or two at once) showering.  A gas fireplace warms the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, blender, coffee maker, etc. More pictures and info are available on our web page. ACCOMMODATIONS: Our townhome can accommodate up to 10 people, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, twin bunks, a full size futon couch, and a queen size sofa bed.  All bedding and towels are included. EXTRAS: The association club house has a hot tub, swimming pool (seasonal) as well as ping-pong table, pool table, and tennis courts which are available to renters. RESTRICTIONS: We do not allow smoking or pets out of consideration for possible sensitivities of subsequent renters to odors and allergies. LOCATION: Located on Burke Creek Circle in Lake Village Townhomes, not far off highway 50, between Stateline and Zephyr Cove, Nevada. Heavenly Valley gondola is just 5 minutes away with South Lake Tahoe casinos less than 5 minutes away (walking distance). The lake is also within walking distance.
