Interior Amenities: The one bedroom apartment has a large tiled entry where there is a closet with a stackable washer and dryer inside and another closet with a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, bucket, dustpan, ironing board, iron, and hangers inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the housewares, bakeware, stemware, utensils, appliances  everything from cheese grater to French corningware. There is a screened window above the kitchen sink with views of rolling hills and trees. The dining area can accommodate four people and is set to entertain with table linens, five-piece place setting, candles, and fresh flowers. The living room is furnished with a richly upholstered sofa and loveseat, occasional tables, and an entertainment armoire complete with all of the electronics. The electronics include are a 27-inch color television, vcr, dvd, cd player, and a stereo cassette player, all with remotes. There is also a remote access answering machine with a hands-free phone. A smaller television, a touchtone phone and an am/fm clock radio are in the bedroom. The living room slider door leads to a balcony with two small plastic chairs and a small table. The kitchen and living room windows, and the balcony, have views of rolling hills and trees. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, window, a wall of closets, and a private bathroom with a one-sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.
Property Community Facilities: The property sits on a landscaped hill among trees. The deer graze nearby. There is a two-story clubhouse with a lounge, fitness and exercise room, and restrooms with a shower and sauna. There is also a heated outdoor pool, two jacuzzi areas, an outdoor barbeque area, and a small children's playground.
Neighborhood Amenities: Walking distance down the hill are movie theaters, a gourmet deli, an award-winning pizzeria, a sushi restaurant, and drycleaners. A few blocks away, easily walkable, is McInnis Golf Park, a large park along the Bay, with soccer fields, picnic areas, and a public 9-hole golf course with a driving range, putting green, batting cages, miniature golf, and restaurant.
