- 3br - 2ba newly renovated flat on the first floor of a Gorgeous 2-story Victorian
- Hardwood Floors, High Ceilings, Crown Moldings, Tons of Lighting and extras
- Huge living rm with a Gas Fireplace, vaulted ceiling and bay windows
- Kitchen comes equipped with Modern Appliances (such as a Gas Stove, Stainless Steel Fridge (with a water/ice dispenser -- yep, thats right!), Dishwasher, Microwave),& Marble Counter Tops (I made them myself)
- Brace yourself for this one WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT!!! (well GIDDY UP!)
- Large Back yard (which is being currently being redone, so "stay tuned")
- TONS OF PARKING available (usually right in front of the house as if you were the president of the USA)
- RIGHT off the 38,38L, 38BX Geary Bus -- Can get to downtown in 15-20min, or to the financial district via the 38BX bus - can get to every place via 1-2 buses (typically)
- (Literally) right next to USF couldnÂt be better for students and just minutes walk to Laurel Village and Trader Joes.
- FYI NO PETS ALLOWED (Cat/Dog), landlord says no. Fishes are kewl. (especially if they are pirhanas)

Roommate #1: 26 y/o blk m - Art student at the Art Institute, studying Interactive Media Design. Quite busy, werk f/t, school f/t, volunteer for Stop AIDS Project (when I can), and volunteer to read to lil kids (when i can), as well as a few other things. Very down do to earth, social, fun, all that good stuff. I dont drink or smoke, but still a very fun guy :0)
Roommate #2: 23 y/o wht m - very down to earth/fun/social. easy to talk to, get along with.
Roomate #3: you! Ya gotta(!!!) be fun, down to earth, love to laugh, have fun, can pay bills on time, love life, positive outlook, secure with yourself, like black people (haha just had to throw a random one in there -- but in reality u really do i guess lol) (as you can hopefully tell i like to have fun, but def. take life serious if/when need be & career/goal driven) [same with the other roomie]

- Down to earth person gay, straight, bi (gay/bi male perferred), doesnÂt matter just be very open minded, and cool with living with gay males.
- fun, active, down to earth, social, etc.
- Good personal hygiene a must
- Prefer someone around our age under 35.
Have a steady income
- Someone to hang out with, befriend and go out on occasion together (not trying to become your best friend, but just hang out as roomies or whatever)
- prefer a NON smoker (but may be neg. depending on how often u smoke -- no smoking inside the apartment)
lease details:
- Room available June 15th/July 1st - 6 mth lease preferred but month-to-month lease may be considered
- Utilities split 3ways (PG&E, Cable/Internet, Water)
- Move in cost: First months rent($800) + one month deposit(800) = $1,600
Please have good credit as your file could be reviewed prior to moving in, or have a steady job, that will speak on your behalf if need be.
