I keep busy doing martial arts, volunteering with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, and going hiking. I keep common areas reasonably clean, and I am extremely laid back and quiet. I do not smoke, but I enjoy having a drink now an then.
You: male or female, non-smoker, clean, no drugs, friendly, financially stable and environmentally conscious. Please no live-in boyfriend or girlfriend, and pets.
This is a temporary room situation with the opportunity for long term rental. I will be leaving at the end of May to go hike the Continental Divide Trail for six months, and you certainly will have the option to claim tenancy after I leave.
Rent is $1050/month plus $1000 security deposit. Cable/Internet, and utilities amount to about $60-80 and month.
