The deposit amount he is asking is completely illegal, first month rent and deposit plus an additional 300-400$?!?! IT"S HIS PAYCHECK TO HIMSELF!!The house is a total dump and he will stage as if he is fixing it up but never does. If you question his shady business habits or ask to speak to the landlord (who doesnt seem to care either) he will become beyond irate and verbally abusive b.c, simply, he is running a scam.
