Interior Amenities: This two-bedroom Tahoe-style property is on the ground level (of a two level building). There is a small front entry. Upon entering the property, there is a long foyer. The entry closet has a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, bucket, dustpan, ironing board, iron, and hangers. The small square kitchen is fully equipped with all of the housewares, bakeware, stemware, utensils, and appliances  everything from cheese grater to French corningware. There is a screened window above the kitchen sink overlooking Richardson Bay. There is a pass-through counter to the dining room with cabinetry above and below. The dining room comfortably accommodates six people and is set to entertain with table linens, five-piece place setting, candles, and fresh flowers. The side wall of the dining room is floor to ceiling glass with a slider door leading out to a long side deck directly over the water. The living room is furnished with a richly upholstered sofa and loveseat, occasional tables, and an entertainment area complete with all of the electronics. Included are a 27-inch color television, VCR, DVD, CD player, and a stereo cassette player, all with remotes. There is also a remote access answering machine with a hands-free phone, as well as touchtone phones and am/fm clock radios in the property. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The back wall of the living room is also floor to ceiling glass with a slider leading out to the wrap-around deck that runs from the dining room around to living room and to the den. Plastic patio chairs, small tables, and a charcoal barbeque are provided on the deck. The views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and den are of the water where Richardson Bay wraps around to form the lagoon. Mt. Tamalpais and rolling hilltop views are pleasantly visible. The master bedroom suite is located at the front of the property. It has a king-size bed and a wall of mirrored closets with built-in shelving. The master bedroom has access to a small vanity area and washroom with one sink. The guest bathroom can be accessed from a side hall or from the den. It has a dressing area with a one-sink vanity, a small closet, and a separate wash room with a shower/tub combination. The den is an open area off of the living room that is separated by free-standing folding screens. There is a slider door leading out to the deck. There is a door that leads to the dressing area. The den can easily accommodate a dresser, nightstands, and a queen or two twin beds. The den can also be opened up to be part of the living room. There is no wall separating the den area from the living room.
Property Community Facilities: There is an outstanding clubhouse with an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a fitness center, locker rooms, and a lovely lounge area complete with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two outdoor swimming pools. People can dock their own boats at this property.
Neighborhood Amenities: The property community is along Richardson Bay, just off of Tiburon Boulevard, about one mile from Highway 101, next to the Audubon Society. There is a small beach area. Hiking and biking trails begin at the edge of the community and meander through the Audubon SocietyÂs land towards BlackieÂs Pasture. Clients can also rent kayaks from downtown Tiburon and paddle and dock at this property. Across Tiburon Boulevard, in walking distance, are several restaurants and a grocery store. A bus stop in front of the community travels to downtown Tiburon where there are a number of shops, restaurants, and movie theatres, plus the Tiburon ferry - a boat service to and from San Francisco.
