We are responsible, pay our bills & rent on time with no exceptions, work hard & play hard. We have a very, very strict policy regarding noise. We are allowed to make noise outside & inside of the house until 10 PM - later than that, we HAVE to stay inside. This is based on respect for our neighbors and our rental agreement with our property manager. We are allowed to use the pool, but no diving (liability). We are also not allowed to use our outdoor fire grill, but we have two other BBQs that we use very often. Other than that, we love to watch movies, cook dinners, party, work-out, go to the beach and lay out by our pool. You are: AT LEAST 22 years of age - if you are not, stop reading this now.
