I have a living room, dining room, kitchen, den and half bath downstairs, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a small patio-garden which also looks out at the marina. This is a non-smoking home, without pets. There are BART (rapid transit) stations 5 or 10 min. away from my house, and SF is a 30 min. BART ride away. Berkeley is a 10 or 15 min. drive, and the wine country (Napa or Sonoma) is 45 min. away by car. I will be traveling with a platonic friend, possibly two, so we need at least 2 bedrooms. Depending on location, we may rent a car for part of our stay, taking day trips around the area, so parking is desirable. We would like to travel in the spring or fall, definitely not the summer.
