<title>{NORTH AMERICA &gt; RENTALS} - 22f needing roommates to kick it with (san rafael) $700800</title>
<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://articles.world-of-newave.info/regional/north-america/united-states/california/metro-areas/san-francisco-bay-area/business-and-economy/real-estate/rentals/22f-needing-roommates-to-kick-it-with-san-rafael-20080921115.htm"/>
<summary type="text/plain">I am a 22yr old female who just graduated from college in May. I will be moving into a house in San Rafael Sept 9th.

I have one roommate so far. He is a really chill guy. So I need two more roomates. Four people total will be living in the house (counting me).

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fenced in yard, easy street parking, washer/dryer, a bus stop a block away, and a gate in the backyard that opens up to a HUGE field with an old jungle gym and a large weird statue that was left behind by an art school that is not longer open (very interesting).

The rooms that are available are $700 and $800. The $800 is the largest room. the $700
room is easily large enough to fit a queen sized bed in it. Utilities are not included, they are split equally between the four of us who will be living at the house.

I am currently working in San Rafael. Eventually I will be attending grad school in the bay area for psychology. I also have a dog who is a gorden setter/golden retriever mix. She is very sweet and gets along with other people and animals.

I prefer to live with people who are around my age. Male or female....it doesn't matter. I lived with 5 guys (who didn't sensor themselves) in a house in Isla Vista for 6 weeks recently. So there isn't much a guy could do to surprise me at this point :)

I drink socially, don't smoke (but don't mind people that do as long as they smoke outside).

I am very responsible and respect other people. I balance working and playing very well.

I enjoy martial arts (mauy thai, jui jitsu, and boxing mostly), singing, music, learning guitar, fun social settings, my own quiet time, my dog, reading, naps, falafel, traveling, laughing, making other people laugh, nutrition, and longboarding when I can find a very mellow hill. Friendly banter and sarcasm and I are a package deal as well.

If I sound like someone you could live with and you're interested in the house, respond and tell me a little bit about yourself.

I know this sounds like a personal add more than anything, but I'm looking to live with someone who wants to engage with their roommates (no ghosts allowed), so I want to make sure people know who they will be living with.

COLLEGE STUDENTS: The only problem with anyone in college is that if you left for the summer you would have to pay summers rent.

I look forword to hearing from you!</summary>

<title>{NEWS &gt; BREAKING NEWS} - Top 10 Wired.com Reader Blue Photos, Decided by You</title>
<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://articles.world-of-newave.info/news/breaking-news/top-10-wired-com-reader-blue-photos-decided-by-you-20080776238.htm"/>
<summary type="text/plain">: We were floored by the fa-blue-less entries in our blue photo contest this week, and Wired.com readers have selected the 10 deserving winners. Eric Cabahug takes home the gold with his tranquil photo of the blue canoe on a sandbar at left. Mr. Cabahug will be receiving a subscription to Wired magazine and a digital picture frame for his desk.

Since there were so many great photos that we thought should've received more votes, we've also compiled a Wired.com Editor's Choice Blue Photo Gallery.

Our next twice-monthly photo contest is cities. We want you to hit the pavement and show us what your city looks like through your camera lens. Check out the contest page for more information.

The web site answers most of the questions you may have, including rates and other information so check there first by following the link above. PLEASE: I ask that you not waste my time or your time by sending emails back and forth unless you are serious. Sorry for being somewhat brunt, but I've had too many persons ask for rates, check on availability, etc. and then never hear from them again. The Palace Resorts are very large and availability has been good. Thanks for understanding. A phone call is easiest to manage. If you don't want to call me, send me an email with your phone number and a good time to call, and I will call you.
