General Description: Custom four bedroom, two bath home overlooking 16th hole of Northstar golf course. Luxury at an affordable price. Northstar Resort is committed to building a world-class destination resort and has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the village, golf course, and ski and snowboard facilities. A new Ritz Carlton is under construction. Northstar continues to be ranked among the top family resorts in America by ski magazine and other publications. As our guest you are entitled to the swim and racquet facilities (not available to village condo owners or guests!!).
Rates: Summer $300/nt 2nts min. $1,800/wk July 4 & Labor Day $2,500/wk 7 nts min. All rates subject to change without notice; all rates plus 10% tax and $130 cleaning fee plus $200 fully refundable security deposit if no repairs or excessive cleaning required. 50% deposit required with residual required 60 days prior to occupancy. No refunds, however owner will assist in filling from standby list or previous inquiries. Recommend trip insurance if unsure. We can assist.

Ten minutes free shuttle to village, recreation center and ski slopes (stops at house).
