Living room open to kitchen (bedroom is the only 'private' room). Lots of natural light, dsl broadband connection and landline for local calling (no cable, no TV: we are computer/laptop folk). We leave in place the long desk where we generally hook-up. Lots of floor cushions (no armchairs!) fold-up table. This is your quintessential beach-loving Santa Cruz cottage. Gas cooker (kitchen tiny but entirely functional). 1 bath/shower. Bring your own bedding/towels OR use ours and launder before you leave as we do for you..
