GREAT for having an office a few blocks from Bart right in the center of Berkeley, right next to TONS of shops, restaurants, cafes, the UC Berkeley Campus (you can step out and take little walks in the campus in the trees and streams to refresh yourself). You can also go to events Shambhala holds right downstairs. Also, around the corner from 24 hour fitness and the Berkeley YMCA, so you can work out and go to the office, (which is what I do !) It does not come with parking but there is 2 hour zoned parking a block away and 2 hour parking meters, and you can park a block away in a lot all day for $8.
