We have A room for sublet for atleast one month starting sept.15th but it will most likely be available for at least 2 months.
There are 3 other people here, you would make 4. We have A large dog 80 lbs.
and 2 cats. 420 friendly,social,international house hold. The room is a good size like 7x11 I think with bay windows facing the street and a HUGE...closet with mirrored doors there is a huge tree in front of the window so it feels like a tree house and it adds privacy(gorgeous room).
There is one gay male in the house vegetarian(23) one gay female swiss carnivore (24) and a straight/queer russian female vegetarian (25) I don't know why I put our sexual orientation like it's really supposed to say something about us, but it seems like everyone does it,so..yeah.Oh yeah we also have 1 full and a half bath a living room ,kitchen,veranda and a back yard with fire pit and a large grill and garnished with potted plants which you will have access to. we are located at 16th and guerrero on guerrero and you can't beat that for location! dolores park,all the retaurants and bars of 16th and surrounding area zeitgeist,elixir,500 club lexington club (dyke bar!) kilowatt, the pilsner(gay bar!). golden produce Bi-Rite a stones throw from rainbow grocery 15 minute walk to the castro 4 blocks from church and market bart and muni 5 minute walk buses 33,22,49,14,26
YOU: friendly,social,queer friendly easy to talk to ,etc.. etc.. you must love animals because I rescue dogs and usually have a foster dog here. all are well mannered and sweet. and please be close in age range under 30. thank you and I hope to hear from you!
