{NORTH AMERICA > RENTALS} - I need a roommate or two starting Sept 1st (inner sunset / UCSF) $850

Hi. My name is Hallie. I'm 22 and a film student at AAU. I'm looking for roommates that are preferably around my age. My roommates are moving out when the lease is up. I love our place and want to stay, so I need to find some new roommates.

The rooms needing inhabitants are medium sized to large. The biggest one has been converted from a closed off dining room, it has two sets of french doors and its own little balcony. It is a separate room, and with curtains over the doors it is completely private.
The other bedroom has three huge sunny windows and a walk in closet. (The windows can also offer access to the backyard's balcony if you don't mind climbing through it.)
Yes, that's right, we have a backyard! We also have a huge kitchen, and we still have a little breakfast nook that we use as the dining room. The kitchen includes all of the usual appliances, plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal. It also has a lot of storage space. The living room is also huge and has four large windows, a fireplace, and a built in bookcase/shelves. We have one and a half bathrooms, including a shower and bathtub. There's also a little foyer area when you walk in. We have a garage with a washer and dryer that we share with the girls downstairs. Oh, and we have a parking space in the driveway. I don't have a car, so it can be all yours. I have pictures of every room, and the outside. Rent is $850 + utilities, and the landlord will need one month's security.

The flat is in the Sunset. We are two and a half blocks from the N-line, which will take you downtown; one and a half blocks from 71; six blocks from the 28, which will take you into or across the park; and then there are some others nearby that I've never needed to use, personally. Golden Gate Park isn't far. There are liquor stores and a Safeway a few blocks away. Walgreens is about a block away. Coffee shops, local produce markets, all of that stuff is also nearby.

I do have a cat; just a warning incase you are deathly allergic. Also, I don't mind living with a smoker, as long as you keep it outside. I'm not looking for you to be my new BFF, but hopefully we will get along well enough to want to all hang out, with our friends together, or without, or go out, or bbq, or something along those lines from time to time.

Here's a little about me, and you can find out more through facebook (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=150300227):
I moved here last August from the East Coast. I'm 22, and a film major. I'm vegan, and I'm fine with anyone who's fine with that. Being teased daily about what I eat gets really annoying... I won't bug you about your food preferences if you don't bug me about mine. ( :
I like playing board games and watching movies when I'm home, in my free time. I also try to keep things REALLY clean. The cleaner you are, the better, at least in the common spaces. Your room is your business (as long as you aren't destroying the house, obviously). I'm pretty easy going and like to avoid drama. Hoping to find someone who is also not into drama. I'd much rather talk to each other about any problems we may have than yell about them. Being yelled at, or feeling the need to yell at someone, is no fun.
Some things that I dig are:
Food, sleep, cats, veganism, making movies, making new friends, old friends, photography, mahjong, super nintendo, Mario Party, board games, betting monopoly money, writing, reading, tea, jasmine, being outside in warm sunny weather, sunshowers, sewing, clothes (especially skirts and dresses), procrastinating, outdoor bars (when the weather is nice), badminton, English music, Avebury Henge, tribal living, Survival International, anthropology, pirates, the universe, outer space, dimensions, parallel universes, time travel, reality and questioning what that is, fantasy, prehistoric things and animals, volcanos, the Bermuda Triangle, creatures that live really far underwater, inventing and discussing theories, mythical creatures, vespas, petting kitties, coloring, games, blowing bubbles, taking walks, hiking, camping, bonfires, Frey VIneyards' organic red wine (with no sulfites added!), etc.

Wow, I swear I'm not as dorky as all of that makes me out to be... ha.

If you have additional questions or want to know more, send me a message. My e-mail is JustForKicks520@yahoo.com. Thanks, and good luck with your search!

****Most of the furniture and such is mine, so it will be staying, but the place is big, so we will have enough room for your things too, and enough furniture to be very comfortable even if you don't have anything besides your bedroom things. And if we have too much I can store some of my stuff in the garage.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
800 AM EDT THU JUL 17 2008
FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM BERTHA...LOCATED ABOUT 355 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF BERMUDA.
THE BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE SOUTHEASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA HAS
BECOME A LITTLE LESS ORGANIZED AND THE POTENTIAL FOR TROPICAL
DEPRESSION FORMATION HAS LESSENED TODAY. HOWEVER...THIS SYSTEM
WILL CONTINUE TO BE MONITORED FOR SIGNS OF DEVELOPMENT AS IT MOVES
WESTWARD AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
SHOWERS AND GUSTY WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE IN
THE SOUTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA ARE EXPECTED TO SPREAD WESTWARD OVER
PORTIONS OF HONDURAS AND NICARAGUA LATER TODAY AND EARLY FRIDAY.
THIS ACTIVITY COULD CAUSE LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND
MUDSLIDES. THIS SYSTEM HAS CHANGED LITTLE IN ORGANIZATION SINCE
YESTERDAY...BUT IT HAS A CHANCE TO BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION
BEFORE IT REACHES THE COAST OF CENTRAL AMERICA TONIGHT.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 48 HOURS.
