{NORTH AMERICA > RENTALS} - /bedroom - 2 bedrooms available in quiet shared home in the Belmont (belmont) $1000

I’m seeking two roommates to join me in a home in Belmont:

The house:
It's a large 2,000 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom house. The house layout includes:
- ample off-street parking with a double car port
- large living room and dining room
- fireplace
- kitchen
- large workshop currently used as gear storage for bikes, surfboards, etc.
- one shared office
- three bedrooms
- lots of natural light
- lots of storage space
- dish washer/washer/dryer
- a large outdoor patio with views of the East bay
- on about an acre plot

Each person would have one bedroom each (~15’x9’) with lots of closet space, and share a bathroom with each other, ...and of course, share the rest of the home too.

Rent:
$1000/person, plus utilities (electricity, water, wireless internet + basic cable, and trash). One bedroom is available now, the other one will be available towards the end of this month.

More Details…

Location:
Belmont, CA 94002 (Near Hillcrest & Ralston)
It's a beautiful location on the hilltop of Ralston Ave, about a mile from the I-280/92 interchange. Lots of space and privacy amidst the trees (you can't really hear nor see the neighbors). We’re not walking distance from the CalTrain station, but it is a short drive to it – about 5-minutes. It's about a 25-minute drive to Palo Alto, and about a 30-minute drive to San Francisco. It's also close to some great biking routes and trails (Canada Rd and Water Dog Park).

Housemate:
30 yr old fulltime working professionals, I’m mellow and easy-going, and enjoy many outdoor activities (backpacking, biking, running, etc). I like to occasionally entertain close friends for get-togethers (dinner/bbq on the patio, potluck dinners, etc). I also have 2 large rescue dogs (an aussie and a border collie). They're great kids, fun, and non-destructive.

Who I’m looking for:
Looking for people who are financially stable, really enjoy the company of dogs, clean in the shared spaces, willing to share tasks around the house, smoke & drug free, respectful and friendly. A pair of friends or a couple would be great. If this sounds interesting, please email me and tell me a little bit about yourself, what you’re looking for, and any questions you may have.

Cheers,

Hello apartment seekers,
My name is Adrienne.

I just signed a year’s lease on a fully furnished studio apartment. My roommate will not be moving in until November so I need a temporary roommate for the month of October. The apartment is fortunate enough to be graced with the sun in the morning and has an adorable garden patio in the back. The floors are wooden and the ceilings are high. There is a comfy Futon available for bedding.

I am a 22yr old female who is new to the bay area. I am a Grad student at JFK university for Holistic Health Education. I would like a female roommate who is clean , kind, and healthy. It would be great to have someone to share groceries and recipes with.

If you are in need of a temporary room and/or companion please write me an email describing yourself. I look forward to hearing from you!
