<title>{NORTH AMERICA &gt; RENTALS} - Never seen better...looking for an awesome third to join us (females)! (twin peaks / diamond hts) $1300</title>
<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://articles.world-of-newave.info/regional/north-america/united-states/california/metro-areas/san-francisco-bay-area/business-and-economy/real-estate/rentals/never-seen-better-looking-for-an-awesome-third-to-20080829310.htm"/>
<summary type="text/plain">Honestly, this place is amazing. I did the whole house hunt and this is the nicest I saw for an amazing price. My roommate, Ashley, and I are 23 and 22 and we just found this place on Corbett Ave. in the Castro area (could be considered Twin Peaks as well)

Alex: I like to stay active biking, running, swimming, playing tennis. I love to cook. Very clean, but not crazy. Like a nicely decorated place. Work 8-6ish every day in South SF. I'm easy going a fun person to go out with! Low-key on weekdays.

Ashley: She is a JD/MBA student at USF who likes to watch TV and exercise. She has a 9 lb. Chihuahua thats very shy and harmless. Very little hair and quiet for the most part. (no more pets though please). Likes to go out in the Marina, but low-key on the weekdays.

The views are incredible and the entire place is brand new. It took both of us a long time to find each other on craigslist because we just met tons of people who just didn't quite fit so we really want to find a perfect third to complete our house. We will be paying 1350 because I have the master bedroom and she has the parking spot. So you get to pay a little less. The street parking is really not bad though at all. The 37 bus is literally outside the door as well. Read the ad for more info and pictures. Let us know if you're interested but I leave Wednesday to go back home so I would need to meet you Monday or Tuesday to see if it works. Thanks and good luck in your search.

the price isn't correct...we got him down to $4000/month

We would need all your info and check very quickly so you are aware!
