Within walking distance to the town of Ben Lomond.

The Marshall Creek Center is directed by Dr. Steve Serr and his wife April. Dr. Serr is a reverend, chaplain, research psychologist with an interest and practice in ancient and Earth-centered healing practices, mentor and teacher. Turning away from nearly twenty years of psychiatric service, he picked up pipe wrench and paint brush and he and his wife have been creating this easily accessible but protected healing and research project.

Advantageous further group and center advertising increasing the reach of your services readily facilitated through agreement and group decision. Extraordinarily reasonable office rental fees. 4 hour time blocks offered along with decreasing cost for 5 hour per week, half-day, 8 hour or 12 hour per week use.

The Marshall Creek Center is in a uniquely peaceful location within the Santa Cruz mountains, among the tall redwoods and lacy ferns where the Marshall Creek tumbles through a narrow pass at the foot of Hubbard Gulch. Perhaps vaguely reminiscent of a monastery, Marshall Creek is also a place where one can retreat. A half-block from Highway 9, 20 minutes (or less) from Highway 17 and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz.

<description>Hello, My husband and I are seasoned travelers. We enjoy exploring affordable, alternative ways to travel such as home exchanges and staying in other people’s homes. We also enjoy hosting travelers in our home, We offer half of our home for rent to travelers on a short and long term basis. Our home is like two separate homes with a large kitchen in the middle. The area we rent is private and tranquil. It has it’s own entrance, parking space, security alarm and deck for BBQ’s. It has two bedrooms, 1 bath, a large living room, kitchenette, dining area, fire place and work space area with wireless hook-up. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, two burner stove, sink and plenty of cupboard space. It is approx. 815 sq. ft. It is completely furnished and includes lines, bedding and towels. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The cost per night is $125.00 for up to two people. There is a weekly and monthly rate. A cleaning deposit is required. Our home is in Orinda. Orinda is a suburb of San Francisco. There is a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station in Orinda. <description>Clouds Rest Healing Center (www.cloudsresthealing.com) is an holistic clinic offering chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage and yoga. We are a group of practitioners who share a vision of providing the community with high quality, compassionate alternative health care.

The clinic is spacious (2100 sq. ft.) and beautifully remodeled. There is a private staff bathroom and lunchroom (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water). The available rooms are equipped with Living Earth Crafts massage tables and piped in music.

We are seeking a health care practitioner to rent space on a part-time basis. Rent is based on half or full day usage. Since this is a rental situation, it is preferred that the practitioner have an existing practice, or at least some clientele. It is also assumed that the therapist would be willing to accept referrals from the other practitioners.

If you are interested in joining us in a professional and peaceful environment, we’d love to discuss the possibilities with you.
